Simone Coccato è un minimalista, viaggiatore e fotografo che ha ottenuto riconoscimenti per il suo stile e la sua prospettiva unica. Tuttavia, la sua vera passione sta nella musica, e ha recentemente lanciato il suo nuovo progetto musicale, Wes Coal, esordendo con un dj set in worldwide streaming al Potato Head di Bali, in Indonesia – location sede di dj set e live di artisti di fama mondiale e ha firmato con una casa di distribuzione australiana per la pubblicazione di numerosi singoli nel corso del 2023.
Simone fa musica dal 2006 e ha suonato in numerosi eventi in tutta Europa firmando anche diversi contratti con etichette internazionali. Attualmente vive tra la Svizzera e l’Italia, e la sua eredità italiana è evidente nei lineamenti energetici e nella “stardust” che incorpora nella sua musica.
Lo stile musicale di Simone è fortemente influenzato dalla cassa francese degli Anni ’00 e dalla house di Detroit e su questi generei ha dato il suo contributo generando un suono che è unicamente suo. La musica di Wes Coal è semplice ma allo stesso tempo complessa. Voci, suoni e batterie sono fresche, pulite, dirette, con kick che ti entrano dritti nello stomaco, provocando sorrisi ed emozioni, riuscendo a scuotere il dancefloor ad ogni occasione.
