Dave Garzon ha una lunga storia nel mondo del beverage. La sua azienda About Ten, lo porta a ricercare, selezionare ed acquistare erbe e spezie da tutto il mondo dalle quali cattura tutti i profumi ed i sapori che ritroviamo nelle sue creazioni. Il suo focus è creare Distillati e Liquori caratterizzati da profumi e sapori non evanescenti. In questa degustazione, la vostra sfida sarà scoprire di che spezia orientale si tratta assaporando una selezione di assaggi proposti. Successivamente, seguirà un aperitivo con una cocktail list dedicata con Signature e Twist on classic.

Dave Garzon has a long history in the world of beverages. For his company About Ten he studies, selects and purchases herbs and spices from all over the world, from which he takes the aromas and flavours that we find in his creations. His focus is on creating spirits and liqueurs characterised by non-evanescent aromas and flavours. In this tasting, your challenge will be to discover the Asian spice in question by sampling a selection of the samples on offer. The event will be followed by an aperitif featuring a dedicated cocktail list with classic Signature and Twist drinks.
