Live showcooking con Matteo Lee

Direttamente dalle cucine di MasterChef Italia, approda a Udine l’amato “Dottor Lee”. In questo esclusivo showcooking, il giovane chef nato a Bologna da genitori cinesi ci guiderà nella preparazione di un piatto che utilizzerà tecniche tradizione cinese: pasta risoni saltata con salsa XO, gamberi e asparagi croccanti.

Molto più di una dimostrazione culinaria, ma un incontro ravvicinato con una cucina identitaria, dove il profondo rispetto per le proprie radici e la memoria familiare si intrecciano a una visione fresca e contemporanea. Al termine dell’evento, tutti i partecipanti avranno la possibilità di assaggiare il piatto realizzato.

Straight from the kitchens of MasterChef Italy, the beloved “Doctor Lee” comes to Udine. In this exclusive cooking show, the young chef, born in Bologna to Chinese parents, will guide us through the preparation of a dish using traditional Chinese techniques: risoni pasta sautéed with XO sauce, shrimp and crispy asparagus.

Much more than a cooking demonstration, it’s a close encounter with a distinctive cuisine, where a deep respect for one’s roots and family memories intertwine with a fresh and contemporary vision. And at the end of the event, all participants will have the opportunity to sample the dish Doctor Lee has prepared.
