FECS! FAR EAST CONTEMPORARY SOUND FESTIVAL

Dalla sinergia di Cas*Aupa e il Far East Film Festival nasce FECS, un festival che esplora le connessioni profonde tra la musica tradizionale dell’estremo Oriente e le avanguardie elettroniche, portando a Udine uno sguardo su ciò che accade nel panorama musicale contemporaneo mondiale ed asiatico.

Nelle giornate di venerdì 26 e sabato 27 aprile, il palco di Spazio Venezia vedrà esibirsi artiste e artisti provenienti da Giappone come Tot Onyx del noto duo Group A, da Taiwan con Sabiwa, dalla Cambogia con Neo Geodesia, Sud Corea con Jaeho Hwang e Hong Kong con Kepla, le cui composizioni si ispirano alle pellicole cinematografiche.

Out of the synergies between Cas*Aupa and the Far East Film Festival comes FECS, a festival exploring the deeper connections between the traditional music of the Far East and the electronic avant-garde, bringing to Udine a look at what is happening in the contemporary global and Asian musical panorama.

On Friday 26 and Saturday 27 April, the Spazio Venezia stage will host artists from Japan, including Tot Onyx of well-known duo Group A, from Taiwan, including Sabiwa, from Cambodia, including Neo Geodesia, from South Korea, including Jaeho Hwang and from Hong Kong, including Kepla, whose compositions are inspired by movies.
