Emanuele Russo è un bartender e consulente del NAt Cocktail House, punto di riferimento nel cuore della movida torinese. Nel corso degli anni ha sviluppato e affinato il suo personale stile di miscelazione spinto da una forte ricerca su tutto ciò che riguarda la merceologia, la miscelazione e la materia prima. In questa masterclass ci guiderà nel mondo della Mixology Internazionale attraverso gli occhi del Giappone. In degustazione un sakè, un gin e un whisky. A seguire l’ospite Emanuele Russo preparerà dei drink su una cocktail list dedicata.

Over the years he has developed and refined his own personal mixing style, guided by in-depth study of everything related to product categories, mixing and raw materials. In this masterclass he will lead us into the world of International Mixology through the eyes of Japan, letting us sample a saké, a gin and a whisky. Afterwards, guest Emanuele Russo will prepare drinks from a dedicated cocktail list.
