YOGA COLIBRÌ

Lo yoga è una disciplina che affonda le sue radici nell’antica filosofia orientale buddhista, diffusa e conosciuta in tutta Italia ma praticata quasi esclusivamente da adulti. Yoga in fiore ci offre un’occasione unica e divertente per avvicinare i più piccoli a questa disciplina, che permette di conoscere meglio sé stessi, migliorare l’attenzione e la concentrazione. Nella splendida cornice dei Giardini del Torso, i bambini potranno  giocare con tutto il corpo, senza competizione, lasciandosi andare a sane risate e divertimento, mentre i genitori o gli accompagnatori potranno, nello stesso orario, dedicarsi separatamente alla pratica dedicata agli adulti (necessaria prenotazione).

With roots in ancient Eastern Buddhist philosophy, Yoga is a discipline which is well-known throughout Italy but practiced almost exclusively by adults. Yoga in fiore offers us a unique and fun opportunity to introduce little ones to a discipline which allows them to get to know themselves better and improve their attention span and concentration. In the splendid setting of the del Torso gardens, children can use their whole body, playing without competition and indulging in healthy laughter and fun, while their parents or carers can at the same time dedicate themselves separately to the adult session (reservation required).

COVID-19
Secondo quanto previsto dal DL 24/03/2022, N. 24 dal 1 al 30 aprile per partecipare agli eventi è d’obbligo l’uso della mascherina FFP2, inoltre:
per EVENTI AL CHIUSO – green pass rafforzato (certificazioni verdi COVID-19 da vaccinazione o guarigione)
per EVENTI ALL’APERTO – green pass rafforzato o green pass base
Non hanno l’obbligo di indossare il dispositivo di protezione delle vie respiratorie:
a) i bambini di età inferiore ai sei anni;
b) le persone con patologie o disabilità incompatibili con l’uso della mascherina.
Il green pass non è obbligatorio per i bambini sotto i 12 anni.
Green pass rafforzato = certificazioni verdi COVID-19 da vaccinazione o guarigione
Green pass base = certificazioni verdi COVID- 19 da test

COVID-19
In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/03/2022 No. 24, from the 1^st to the 30^th of April the use of an FFP2 mask is mandatory for participation in the events, and furthermore:
for INDOOR EVENTS an ‘enhanced’ green pass (COVID-19 green certifications from vaccination or recovery) is required.
for OUTDOOR EVENTS – an ‘ enhanced’ green pass or basic green pass is required. The following people are not obliged to wear a respiratory protective device:
a) children under the age of six;
b) people with pathologies or disabilities incompatible with the use of a mask.
A green pass is not mandatory for children under 12 years of age.
Enhanced green pass = COVID-19 green certification from vaccination or recovery
Basic green pass = COVID-19 green certification from testing
