DAL MONTE FUJI AL MONTASIO. VIAGGIO TRA SAKÈ E FORMAGGI

Durante questo seminario scopriremo e assaporeremo insieme l’armonico incontro di uno dei prodotti tipici della cultura gastronomica friulana, il formaggio Montasio, con il simbolo di quella giapponese, il sakè. Marco Massarotto, scrittore e imprenditore, unico italiano ad aver ricevuto il riconoscimento di Sake Samurai 2016 dall’associazione giapponese dei produttori di sakè, ci guiderà in questa degustazione di tre diverse stagionature di Montasio con diversi sakè, scoprendo insieme le cantine, gli itinerari, la storia e la cultura di questo prodotto. Il Friuli e il Giappone non sono mai stati così vicini, serviti sulla stessa tavola!

At this seminar we will discover and savour together the harmonious meeting of one of the typical products of Friuli’s gastronomic culture – Montasio cheese – with a symbol of Japanese food and drink: sakè. Writer and entrepreneur Marco Massarotto, the only Italian to have received the Sake Samurai 2016 award from the Japanese association of sakè producers, will guide us through this tasting of three differently-aged Montasios with different sakès, discovering together their producers, landscapes, histories and cultures. Served on the same table, Friuli and Japan have never been so close!

COVID-19

Non hanno l’obbligo di indossare il dispositivo di protezione delle vie respiratorie:

b) le persone con patologie o disabilità incompatibili con l’uso della mascherina.
Il green pass non è obbligatorio per i bambini sotto i 12 anni.

In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/03/2022 No. 24, from the 1^st to the 30^th of April the use of an FFP2 mask is mandatory for participation in the events, and furthermore:
for INDOOR EVENTS an ‘enhanced’ green pass (COVID-19 green certifications from vaccination or recovery) is required.
for OUTDOOR EVENTS – an ‘ enhanced’ green pass or basic green pass is required. The following people are not obliged to wear a respiratory protective device:
a) children under the age of six;
b) people with pathologies or disabilities incompatible with the use of a mask.
A green pass is not mandatory for children under 12 years of age.
