E’ un progetto originale di Jacopo C. Buranelli, nato dopo aver frequentato i bar del Golden Gai e i locali notturni di Shinjuku dove è rimasto incantato dalla magia che si crea tra musica d’ascolto e drink. Tornato in Italia ha deciso di portare l’esperienza del listening bar con una selezione di ingredienti jazz, kayokyoku, citypop e sonorità contemporanee, tutto in vinile.

With all its centuries-old traditions, where else but Japan would have as its national spirit something that has always been considered the drink of the Gods? Sakè is surrounded by legends, stories and curiosities and at this event you will discover the cellars where it is produced and learn about the styles and methods of serving it. Should it really be drunk hot after a meal? Is it as strong as everyone thinks? The answers you will receive at this tasting and lesson will help you better enjoy this ancient drink.

Jacopo C. Buranelli came up with original project Natsutaro after he had been enchanted by the magical blend of music and drinks in the bars of the Golden Gai and the nightclubs of Shinjuku. He decided to bring the listening bar experience back to Italy with a selection of jazz, kayokyoku, city-pop and contemporary sounds, all on vinyl.
