CUCINA TRADIZIONALE GIAPPONESE DI OGGI, TRA MACROBIOTICA E CUCINA MEDITERRANEA

Questo dibattito è rivolto a chi vuole approfondire il tema della cucina giapponese antica e moderna in un’ottica libera dalle mode. Verranno approfonditi i principi della macrobiotica del maestro Osawa, la cui filosofia, ispirata alla tradizione dei monasteri zen, alla legge del Tao, dello Yin e Yang, viene applicata anche alla conoscenza dei cibi e alla loro interazione energetica con l’organismo umano.

This talk is aimed at those wishing to learn about ancient and modern Japanese cuisine from a perspective free of the vagaries of fashion. We will explore the principles of macrobiotics of Master Osawa, whose philosophy, inspired by the tradition of Zen monasteries and the law of Tao and Yin and Yang, is also applied to the knowledge of foods and their interaction with the human body.

COVID-19

Non hanno l’obbligo di indossare il dispositivo di protezione delle vie respiratorie:
a) i bambini di età inferiore ai sei anni;
b) le persone con patologie o disabilità incompatibili con l’uso della mascherina.
Il green pass non è obbligatorio per i bambini sotto i 12 anni.
Green pass rafforzato = certificazioni verdi COVID-19 da vaccinazione o guarigione
Green pass base = certificazioni verdi COVID- 19 da test

In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/03/2022 No. 24, from the 1^st to the 30^th of April the use of an FFP2 mask is mandatory for participation in the events, and furthermore:
for INDOOR EVENTS an ‘enhanced’ green pass (COVID-19 green certifications from vaccination or recovery) is required.
for OUTDOOR EVENTS – an ‘ enhanced’ green pass or basic green pass is required. The following people are not obliged to wear a respiratory protective device:
a) children under the age of six;
b) people with pathologies or disabilities incompatible with the use of a mask.
A green pass is not mandatory for children under 12 years of age.

Basic green pass = COVID-19 green certification from testing
