L’Oriente incontra un vero speakeasy in questo evento, in cui Mr. Simon aprirà le porte del suo “bar segreto” per una cena degustazione a tema orientale. Ogni portata sarà abbinata a un cocktail studiato apposta per l’occasione. Saranno presenti durante la serata Manuel Bianchi e Josef Khattabi di MilanoSake, che racconteranno le tradizioni culinarie (e alcoliche) orientali un sorso di sakè dopo l’altro.

The East meets a real speakeasy at this event, where Mr. Simon will open the doors of his “secret bar” for an Asia-themed tasting dinner. Each course will be paired with a cocktail designed especially for the occasion. Manuel Bianchi and Josef Khattabi of MilanoSake will be present at the evening, and will talk about Asian culinary (and alcoholic) traditions as one sip of sakè follows another.
